We had an absolutely wonderful time in Savannah. It is such a charming and interesting place to visit that we can't wait to come back.
The highlight of our visit though was staying in your beautiful home. It was so warm and inviting. Enjoyed the food so much. Loved the cake that greeted us when we arrived and you really should market that wonderful bean dish. The beds were so comfortable that we slept better than at home! Since the weekend was so nice, leaving windows open and enjoying the nice Savannah breeze was great - felt like we were in a house on the beach. We will make this an annual reservation. Thanks so much!
One more thing - the food at Mrs. Wilkes' Boarding House was the best southern cooking I have ever had and loved the "family style" dining experience. It felt like you were at grandma's house when you walked in and saw 25 different dishes on the table. Also met some really nice people at the table. Thanks for taking us. We had a great time with you two!
